Research Phase

To understand the needs of the target audience and the challenges they face, we conducted thorough research:

  • Conducted user interviews with restaurant owners and managers. Analyzed competitors, including Square app, Upserve Inventory, Toast Inventory, Marketmen, Bevspot, and Touchbistro. Created user personas to represent various roles within the restaurant industry.

Target Users

  • The target users may range from younger employees in their 20s and 30s to older, more experienced employees in their 40s and 50s. In the hospitality industry, the target users may include front desk agents, restaurant staff, and other service personnel who are typically in their 20s to 40s.

Competitive Analysis

Prediction Accuracy:

  • Optimize AI” excels with advanced AI-driven predictions.
  • “Upserve” offers sales predictions but lacks AI-driven accuracy.
  • “Toast Inventory” focuses more on inventory management and may lack predictive analytics.
